Writing Our Joy

“A flower blossoms for its own joy.” –Oscar Wilde

After so much time grieving, worrying, and wondering about the future, many of us are a little rusty on how to cultivate a greater sense of joy in our lives.

Using the wisdom offered in Ingrid Fetell Lee’s book, Joyful, and other great texts on inviting in and experience joy, Beverly Voss will invite us to creatively share our thoughts on joy and create more space for it.

Through contemplative journaling time, creative exercises and small group sharing, we will discover new insights and take away tools we can use to welcome more joy into our lives.
