Introduction to Contemplation

Join us for this 4-week series!

Have you been curious about what it means to be contemplative or what a contemplative practice might be for you?

If so, this 4-week series is for you. We’ll explore what it means to be contemplative and the positive impact this way of being can have on our busy, stressful lives, no matter what faith tradition you know best.

A variety of breath, prayer, movement and other contemplative practices will be introduced and experienced.

Whether you have wondered how to “start” with contemplation or want to deepen your practice, join us and experience the support contemplation offers in these challenging times.
