Nonprofit Leaders

Re-Engage with the Heart of Your Mission

Are you feeling exhausted, stressed, or overwhelmed by all that is on your plate as a leader of a nonprofit?

Step away from the hectic pace of your workdays to listen to the heartbeat of your mission. Pause, reflect, and remember why you chose this work, this mission, this calling.

In the attitude of silence the soul finds the path in a clearer light, and what is elusive and deceptive resolves itself into crystal clearness.” –Mahatma Gandhi

Through facilitator-led moments of silence, reflection, and conversation you’re able to reconnect with the wisdom of your heart. Interior spaciousness returns.

  • Burdens are lightened.
  • Compassion is reclaimed.
  • Clarity reveals itself.

now you can re-engage with the original passion and connection you felt for your organization’s mission.

Many a-ha moments and beautiful examples of invitation. Dianna is clearly a beautiful example of how we can incorporate these pauses, reflections, and invitations in our work.

Eremos is a contemplative community without walls that seeks to provide opportunities for people of all faith traditions and walks of life to step back from the hectic pace of life and reconnect to their Source.

As part of our mission, we seek to support Non Profit leaders in remembering and restoring their passion for the mission and in ‘clearing the cobwebs’ from their hearts and minds through the power and grace of a sacred, vital pause.

Having permission and space to just “be” is a gift.

Thank you for making this opportunity available. Selfcare and taking time for renewal are essential yet we rarely give ourselves permission or space to do so. Having a structured time with an open format for self-reflection was the perfect solution. I need more of this in my life. Also, it is a great reminder that truly great leaders (of the transformational kind) model selfcare and mindfulness and “walk the walk.”

Have you experienced the gentle, supportive, transformational gifts of Eremos? Whatever your story or experience, we welcome your financial support!
